ANIMELEKO (https://animeleko.com) respects the intellectual property rights of authors, studios, publishers, and other rights holders, and expects the same from our readers. This page explains what belongs to the site, what belongs to third parties, how you’re allowed to use our content, and how to submit a takedown request.
It works alongside our Terms of Use.
1. Original ANIMELEKO Content
The articles, analyses, theories, rankings, guides, titles, and overall content structure published on ANIMELEKO are authored by the site and protected under applicable copyright law.
This means that, without our prior written permission, you may not:

2. Third-Party Content
ANIMELEKO is an independent site, with no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from animation studios, publishers, manga authors, streaming platforms, or other rights holders.
Anime, manga, characters, names, logos, cover art, screenshots, and other elements from the works we cover belong to their respective owners. ANIMELEKO references or displays them solely for informational, critical, and commentary purposes, within the limits permitted under fair use, always crediting the source and creator whenever possible.
All titles, character names, trademarks, and logos mentioned in our articles are the property of their respective owners.
3. Images Used on the Site
Images displayed on ANIMELEKO may be:
- original images, created or produced by the site;
- official promotional material, such as promotional art and screenshots, used in a limited capacity to illustrate the analysis or news piece being discussed, with the source work credited;
- licensed images used in accordance with their license terms, with credit given to the author and source where applicable.
Where known, the authorship or origin of an image is credited. If you spot an image used without proper credit or authorization, please let us know using the process in Section 4.
4. How to Submit a Takedown Request
If you’re the copyright holder (or an authorized representative) and believe content on ANIMELEKO infringes your rights, send a message to [FILL IN: contact email], with the subject line “Content Removal Request,” including:
- Your full name, title (if representing a company), and contact information (email and phone).
- A description of the protected work you believe was used without authorization.
- The exact URL of the ANIMELEKO page where the content appears.
- Proof that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
- An explanation of why the use is unauthorized.
- A statement affirming that the information provided is accurate.
Incomplete requests may take longer to process, as we may need to follow up for additional information.
What happens next
We’ll review the request carefully and respond as soon as possible.
If the request is valid, we’ll remove or adjust the content in question.
We may reach out to you to clarify details.
If content is removed, we may notify whoever published it (for example, the author of a comment), where applicable.
5. Counter-Notice
If you posted content on ANIMELEKO (such as a comment) that was removed, and you believe the removal was a mistake or that your use was authorized, contact us at the same email explaining why. We’ll review the counter-notice and, if warranted, restore the content.
6. Repeated Infringement
ANIMELEKO may remove content and restrict participation (such as commenting privileges) for users who repeatedly infringe on third-party copyrights or violate these terms.
7. False Claims
Takedown requests submitted in bad faith, with false information, or without legitimate standing may be disregarded and could result in liability for the person who submitted them, as provided by law.

We may update this Copyright Notice from time to time. The date of the most recent update will always appear at the top of the page.
